Retail Employee Orientation

The Retail Employee Orientation Program was developed for Canada Post Corporation to provide the 10,000 employees who work in retail outlets across Canada with the skills to effectively serve customers in a retail setting consistent with the strategic direction of the organization.

Store Operator Orientation

The Store Operator Orientation program was developed to work in tandem with the Retail Orientation program. It's objective is to assist Store Operators to align their skills with the emerging strategic focus of the organization and assist them to successfully perform administrative, operational and financial duties.
