Program Description

Canada Post counter clerks are the "face" of the corporation in post offices across the country. The Post Office Clerk Training Program introduces clerks to all aspects of their job including selling products and services and operational skills associated with processing mail. The program combines self-study, classroom and on-the-job training.

Canada Post clerks work in post offices that may be corporate run or dealer business that include a post office. The ShaughnessyHowell program offers clerks opportunities to learn in ways that match their preferred styles and offers employers confidence that once employees begin their jobs, they will be ready and skilled.
