In 1991 I authored a training program called The Manager as
Coach, which was, in the early 90's described as a 'new concept
in management training'. Leading by coaching has become a
recognized standard practice in organizations today. Dozens of
authors have covered the topic in their work. I frequently work
with companies to help them develop coaching cultures in their
organization and my keynotes are centered on coaching for
improved work performance and getting groups moving in a
positive direction.
